Citadel Broadcasting committee reappointed to replace one member

Pittsburgh, Jan. 12 - Citadel Broadcasting Corp.'s U.S. Trustee reappointed the official committee of unsecured creditors to replace one member, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Specifically, Christopher Cook of Zazove Associates, LLC of Incline Village, Nev., has been appointed to replace Stuart Rosen of Broadcast Music, Inc.
The other committee members are Suzanne MacDonald of Wilmington Trust Co. and Alec M. Lipkind of Walt Disney Co., based in Burbank, Calif.
Citadel, a Las Vegas-based radio broadcasting company, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 20. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-17442.
