Cinemark expects to price $360 million 10-year discount notes mid-March 29 week

St. Louis, March 22 - Cinemark, Inc. expects to price an offering of $360 million of 10-year senior discount notes during the middle of the March 29 week, according to an informed source.

Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs & Co. are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to support the acquisition of Cinemark by Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC.

Cinemark is a theater chain owner operator based in Plano, Tex.
