Cincinnati Financial amends expiration of credit facility to 2028

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 31 – Cincinnati Financial Corp. amended its letter-of-credit facility agreement dated Feb. 25, 2019, with Bank of Nova Scotia as issuing lender on Tuesday to revise the expiration date to Feb. 28, 2028, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment also adds a new category of permitted liens.

Cincinnati Financial is a Fairfield, Ohio-based insurance company.
