Cincinnati Bell price talk 7 ½% area on $300 million 10-year notes pricing Wednesday

St. Louis, July 1 - Price talk of 7 ½% area was heard Tuesday on Cincinnati Bell Inc. $300 million of 10-year senior notes (B2), according to market sources who added that the deal is expected to price on Wednesday.

Credit Suisse First Boston, Banc of America Securities and Goldman Sachs are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A deal.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt outstanding under the company's term and revolving credit facilities.

The company, formerly Broadwing Communications Services, Inc., provides telecommunications products and services to residential and business customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
