Moody’s: Cincinnati Bell unaffected by note add-on

Moody's Investors Service said that Cincinnati Bell, Inc.'s proposed $150 million add-on to its B3-rated senior unsecured notes due 2024 will have no impact to its ratings or stable outlook.

Net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the company’s Ba3-rated secured term loan B and to pay transaction-related fees and expenses.
