Cimarex Energy offers 10-year senior notes via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., March 6 – Cimarex Energy Co. expects to price dollar-denominated fixed-rate senior notes due 2029, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until three months prior to maturity and then a par call.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under the company’s revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

Cimarex is an oil and gas company based in Denver.
