CIFI Holdings plans dollar-denominated perpetual capital securities

New York, Aug. 15 – China’s CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated senior perpetual capital securities, according to a company announcement.

HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse and Haitong International are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers, and CICC HK Securities, Citi, Deutsche Bank and Guotai Junan International are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers of the proposed issue, which is subject to market conditions.

The company plans to use the proceeds of the Regulation S deal to refinance debt.

CIFI is a property development, investment and management business based in Shanghai.
