Moody's: Chiquita unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said the proposed non-binding all-cash bid from Cutrale Group and Safra Group to acquire Chiquita Brands International, Inc. is favorable but does not impact the company's B2 corporate family rating or developing outlook.
