New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $905,000 contingent coupon autocallables linked to Chipotle

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $905,000 of 0% contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Sept. 13, 2017 linked to Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 12.1% if the stock closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 75% of its initial share price, on the determination date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its knock-in level, 75% of its initial share price, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
