Moody's: China South notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional B2 rating to the dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes proposed by China South City Holdings Ltd.

At the same time, Moody's affirmed China South's B1 corporate family rating and the B2 senior unsecured debt rating on China South's outstanding notes.

The outlook is stable.

"The issuance of the new dollar-denominated notes will strengthen China South's capacity to fund the development of trade centers in Harbin and Zhengzhou," Moody's analyst Jiming Zou said in a news release.
