China Shanshui Cement talks dollar benchmark five-year notes at 7¾%

Atlanta, March 4 – China Shanshui Cement Group Ltd. talked its dollar-denominated offering of five-year notes (expected ratings: /B/BB) at 7¾%, a market source said.

BOC International, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

The cement manufacturing company is based in Jinan, China.
