Banca Sella to redeem €100 million 5.5% fixed-rate subordinated notes

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 5 – Banca Sella SpA will exercise its option to call all its outstanding €100 million series 3 fixed-rate reset subordinated notes due Sept. 22, 2027 (ISIN: XS1687277555), according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par on the optional redemption date of Sept 22.

The notes were originally issued under the bank’s €1 billion medium term note program.

The financial institution is based in Biella, Italy.
