Los Angeles, Nov. 17 – Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. issued its third tranche of panda bonds, according to a company announcement.
The RMB 1 billion of bonds priced with an initial coupon of 3.65%. The bonds are renewable after two years.
The company’s board reiterated that the panda bond issue could further diversify the company’s funding channels and facilitate future business expansion.
Beijing Energy is a Hong Kong-based energy holding company.
