Butler amends second-lien loan, getting forbearance agreement from lenders

New York, May 6 - Butler Service Group Inc. amended its second-lien credit facility, providing that the lenders will forbear until May 30 from the exercise of any of its rights and remedies arising out of any event of default, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.

The amendment was completed on April 30.

Monroe Capital Management Advisors is the agent on the deal.

Butler Service is a wholly owned subsidiary of Butler International Inc., a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based provider of outsourcing, project management and technical staff augmentation services.
