BHP Billiton to redeem $2.25 billion 6.75% notes due 2075 at par

New York, Nov. 30 – BHP will fully redeem its outstanding $2.25 billion 6.75% subordinated non-call 10 fixed-rate reset notes due 2075 (ISIN: US055451AX66) issued by BHP Billiton Finance (USA) Ltd. and guaranteed by BHP Group Ltd. and BHP Group plc on Dec. 30, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest.

BHP is a natural resources company based in Melbourne, Australia.
