S&P puts Buffets on developing watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed Buffets Holdings Inc.'s ratings on CreditWatch with developing implications following the company's announcement that it has engaged financial advisors to explore strategic alternatives to "maximize shareholder value."

Ratings on CreditWatch include the B- corporate credit rating and CCC senior unsecured debt rating.
