By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Dec. 10 - Price talk of a yield in the 11¾% area emerged Tuesday on Brickman Group Ltd.'s upcoming offering of $150 million of seven-year non-call-four senior subordinated notes (B2/B), according to a syndicate source.

The notes will price Wednesday afternoon, the source added.

CIBC World Markets and Lehman Brothers are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund the Brickman family's buy-back of a controlling interest in the company.

The sponsor is CIVC Partners.

The issuer is a Langhorne, Pa. commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services provider.
