Moody's rates Bravida loan Ba2, notes B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 corporate family rating and a B2-PD probability of default rating to Bravida Holding AB (publ).

Concurrently, Moody's assigned a provisional Ba2 rating to the SEK 550 million revolving credit facility and provisional B2 rating to the SEK 3.2 billion equivalent senior secured notes to be issued by Bravida.

The outlook is stable.

The proceeds from the notes will be used to repay in full all amounts outstanding under existing bank loans and increase cash on balance sheet.
