Moody’s revises Braskem to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Braskem SA's Ba1 corporate family rating and the ratings on the foreign currency debt issuances of Braskem Finance Ltd. and Braskem America Finance Co., fully guaranteed by Braskem.

The outlook was changed to stable from negative.

Moody’s said the outlook change follows the March 15 change in Brazil's outlook to stable from negative and the affirmation of its issuer rating, senior unsecured at Ba2 and shelf ratings at provisional Ba2.
