Banca Popolare di Sondrio starts calls for €500 million of green notes

Chicago, Sept. 18 – Banca Popolare di Sondrio SCpA started investors calls for a new €500 million offering of green notes (//BB+/DBRS: BBBL), according to a market source.

The calls started Monday for the five-year notes with four years of call protection.

The size is set and will not grow.

IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo is the global coordinator.

Banca Popolare di Sondrio SpA, BNP Paribas, Citi, Deutsche Bank, IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo, Santander and UniCredit are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be allocated for use on eligible green projects.

The lender is based in Sondrio, Italy.
