Bombay's official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Portland, Ore., Sept. 25 - The Bombay Co., Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, according to a Tuesday filing.

The members of the committee are:

• Eric C. Cotton, Developers Diversified Realty of Beachwood, Ohio;

• Wendy Finnegan, Seko Worldwide, LLC of Hunt Valley, Md.;

• Ronald Tucker, Simon Property Group, Inc. of Indianapolis;

• Richard Pollock, Pollock Paper Co. of Grand Prairie, Texas;

• Mike Mandell, Ryder Logistics & Transportation of Miami;

• James W. Grudus, AT&T Services of Bedminster, N.J.;

• Samuel Garber, General Growth Properties Inc. of Chicago.

Bombay is a Fort Worth, Texas-based designer, importer and marketer of proprietary home furnishings. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-44084.
