New Issue: Bolivia sells $500 million 10-year notes at par to yield 4 7/8%

Atlanta, Oct. 22 - Bolivia priced $500 million 10-year notes at par to yield 4 7/8%, a market source said.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, the sovereign's first in more than 90 years.
