Eurotorg increases buybacks of Bonitron 8¾% notes to $340.36 million

Tacoma, Wash., June 20 – Eurotorg LLC has completed the following buyback programs for the $350 million 8¾% loan participation notes due 2022 issued by Bonitron DAC:

• A program announced on Nov. 26, 2018 at the maximum amount of $20 million during the period beginning on Nov. 26, 2018 and ending on Dec. 31;

• A program announced on Jan. 2 at the maximum amount of $30 million during the period beginning on Jan. 2 and ending on Feb. 28;

• A program announced on March 1 at the maximum amount of $20 million during the period beginning on March 1 and ending on April 30; and

• A program announced on May 20, 2019 at the maximum amount of $20 million during the period beginning on May 20 and ending on June 10.

As of June 20, following open-market repurchases by Eurotorg, including under the buyback programs, $340,361,000 principal amount remains outstanding, of which $53,517,000 is held by Eurotorg.

Bonitron is a Dublin-based special purpose entity. It issued the notes on behalf of Eurotorg, a supermarket operator based in Minsk, Belarus.
