New Issue: Banco de Chile places series BU, series CE bonds in local market
Chicago, June 13 – Banco de Chile reported the placement of bonds under two series in the local market on June 9, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The bank placed UF 510,000 series BU bonds due 2029 with an average placement rate of 3.39%.
The bank also placed UF 740,000 of series CE bonds due 2031 with an average placement rate of 2.94%.
The financial services company is based in Santiago, Chile.
