S&P assigns Boardwalk notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned a BBB- issue-level rating to Boardwalk Pipelines LP's planned senior unsecured notes.

The rating is aligned with those on Boardwalk’s outstanding senior unsecured notes.

The company plans to use the proceeds to retire its $600 million of senior notes maturing in December 2024.
