BMC Industries obtains additional deferral of interest payments
New York, Aug. 29 - BMC Industries, Inc. said its lenders agreed to a further temporary deferral of $1.1 million of interest payments.
The deferral is until Sept. 15, the termination date of BMC's existing 60-day waiver.
The Minneapolis manufacturer of color television picture tubes and polycarbonate and glass eyewear lenses previously obtained a deferral of $687,000 of interest payments until Aug. 28.
