Moody's changes Blucora view to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed Blucora, Inc.'s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the B1 corporate family rating and B1 senior secured first-lien term loan and revolving credit facility ratings.

The outlook reflects the greater certainty than previously, “around Blucora's leadership and corporate governance, and consequent favorable implications on the stability of Blucora's financial profile and strategic direction,” the agency said in a press release.
