Bank of Ireland six-year notes talked Treasuries plus 125-130 bps area

Chicago, Sept. 23 – Bank of Ireland Group plc is preparing to offer six-year notes that are being talked for a spread in the Treasuries plus 125 basis points to 130 bps area, according to a market source.

The notes, which mature Sept. 30, 2027, are being offered by BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The issuer is based in Dublin.
