S&P: Black Press negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Black Press Ltd. to negative from stable.

At the same time, S&P said it affirmed its ratings on the company, including its B long-term corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects its view of the ongoing headwinds the company faces with revenue and profitability declines given difficult industry fundamentals, as well as refinancing risk," said credit analyst Lori Harris.
