New Issue: Italy’s BPER Banca sells €500 million fixed-to-floating non-preferreds due 2028

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 9 – BPER Banca SpA priced a €500 million offering of callable fixed-to-floating senior non-preferred notes due 2028, according to a post-stabilization notice.

The notes priced at 99.847.

The stabilization managers are Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, HSBC Continental Europe, NatWest Markets NV, UBS Europe SE and UniCredit Bank AG.

The issuer is a Modena, Italy-based provider of commercial and retail banking services.
