Birmingham Public Schools, Mich., to sell $50 million G.O. bonds

New York, June 3 – The Birmingham Public Schools of Michigan is set to price $50 million of series 2015 school building and site general obligation bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. with Baird & Co. Inc. and Edward D. Jones & Co. LP as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2035.

Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, acquire and renovate school buildings and sites.
