BMI Healthcare readies launch of £285 million term loan B for Monday

New York, Oct. 21 – BMI Healthcare is scheduled to hold a lender meeting on Monday to launch a £285 million seven-year term loan B, according to a market source.

Barclays and Goldman Sachs are the arrangers on the deal.

London-based BMI is an independent health care provider in the United Kingdom.
