Bill Barrett to use revolver borrowings for CH4 purchase

New York, April 17 - Bill Barrett Corp. plans to draw on its recently expanded $400 million revolving credit facility to fund the acquisition of CH4 Corp. for $80 million, according to a company news release.

The acquisition is expected to close in early-May.

Bill Barrett is a Denver-based explorer and developer of natural gas and oil in nine basins and the overthrust belt in the Rocky Mountain region of the United States.
