B2Holding mandates banks ahead of euro five-year notes offering; meetings start Friday

Portland, Ore., Oct. 25 – B2Holding ASA mandated Arctic Securities, DNB Markets and Nordea to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings starting on Friday, according to a press release.

Pending market conditions, a euro-denominated offering of five-year senior unsecured bonds may follow.

The company also announced that it completed an agreement with Nordea Bank for a €100 million increase in its revolving credit facility.

The prospective issuer is a financial services provider based in Norway.
