New Issue: Israel’s Bezeq sells NIS 408.3 million series 9 debentures in tender

Tacoma, Wash., May 30 – Bezeq – the Israel Telecommunications Corp. Ltd. sold NIS 384.47 million principal amount of series 9 registered debentures at 106.2 for NIS 408.3 million of proceeds, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company offered up to NIS 450 million of the debentures to the public via a tender offer on Sunday at a minimum price of 106.2. The offer was not underwritten.

Forty-six orders were received for 384,467 debentures. All of the orders were from classified investors.

Thirty-six orders for the purchase of 301,667 debentures had prices higher than 106.2. Ten orders for the purchase of 82,800 debentures had prices equal to 106.2.

The debentures are unlinked to any index.

Bezeq is a telecommunication provider based in Tel Aviv and a subsidiary of B Communications Ltd.
