New York, Dec. 15 - The Berkshire Wind Power Cooperative Corp. of Massachusetts sold $64.705 million of series 1 wind power revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2012 to 2027 with a term bond due in 2030. The coupons range from 3% to 5.25%. The 2030 bonds have a 5.25% coupon priced at 97.612.
Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation's series 2009 bonds issued to construct the Berkshire Wind project, a 15 megawatt wind power generating facility on Brodie Mountain in Hancock, Mass., and Lanesborough, Mass.
