New Issue: Berkeley, Calif., prices $50 million of TRANs at 0.268% TIC

New York, June 14 - The City of Berkeley, Calif., priced on Tuesday $50 million of series 2011-12 tax and revenue anticipation notes, said a pricing sheet.
The notes (MIG 1) were sold competitively with Wells Fargo Bank, NA winning the bid. The true interest cost came in at 0.268189%.
The notes are due July 5, 2012 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.732.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to finance general fund capital requirements ahead of the collection of taxes and revenues.
