New Issue: Panama’s Banistmo issues $400 million 4¼% notes due 2027

Chicago, Aug. 3 – Banistmo SA issued $400 million 4¼% notes due 2027 (Baa3//BBB-), according to a listing notice.

Bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S issue are BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Valores Banistmo SA.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Banistmo is a financial services company based in Panama.
