Beijing Capital Land on roadshow for dollar perpetual notes

Atlanta, March 25 - Beijing Capital Land Ltd. is on a roadshow with HSBC and Credit Suisse for a Regulation S offering of dollar-denominated perpetual notes, a market source said.

The roadshow began Monday and will be held in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Beijing Capital Land is an integrated property owner.
