B/E Aerospace to redeem all 8% notes due 2008

New York, Dec. 12 - B/E Aerospace, Inc. announced the Jan. 11 redemption of all its 8% senior subordinated notes due 2008 at par.
The Bank of New York is trustee.
The manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products and aftermarket distributor of aerospace fasteners is based in Wellington, Fla.
