Jefferies puts Bavarian Nordic on hold

Bavarian Nordic A/S was rated at hold by Jefferies & Co., Inc. analyst Robin Campbell on news of the delayed U.S. Government smallpox vaccine contract. The company is in the dark in regards to timing and, according to the analyst, forecasts are increasingly threatened. Shares of the Kvistgard, Denmark-based pharmaceutical company were up kr9, or 2.39%, at kr385, on volume of 34,005 shares versus the three-month running average of 12,876 shares. (Copenhagen: BAVA)
