Moody’s: Belmond Interfin unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that Belmond Interfin Ltd.'s (B2 stable) announcement that is was exploring strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value is credit neutral and does not change the company's ratings or stable outlook.

There is no impact on the company's ratings at this time as it is uncertain what action will result from the strategic review, Moody’s said.

“The company stated there could be several possible outcomes, including a sale of the company,” the agency said in a news release.
