Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital, Texas, defaults on revenue bonds

Pittsburgh, April 29 - Baptist St. Anthony's Hospital Corp. is in default on its $120 million of Amarillo Health Facilities Corp. hospital revenue bonds for failing to file its financial statements for fiscal year 2007 by the April 29 filing deadline, according to a material event filing.

Baptist St. Anthony's, located in Amarillo, Texas, said the reports are being prepared by Pricewaterhouse Coopers and are expected to be delivered to the notes' trustee by May 29.
