Moody's rates Bank TuranAlem notes Baa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa1 long-term foreign-currency rating to the forthcoming drawdown of senior unsecured notes due 201, under the $3 billion global medium-term note program of TuranAlem Finance BV (rated Baa1 for senior and Baa2 for subordinated debt issues).

Moody's said the issue will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Kazakhstan's Bank TuranAlem.

The outlook for the rating is stable.
