Turkey's BankPozitif sets 7% area guidance on five-year note offering

St. Louis, Oct. 19 - Turkey's BankPozitif plans to raise capital by issuing dollar-denominated five-year loan participation notes (//BB-) via Commerzbank International AG, according to a market source.

The price guidance is in the 7% area. The size of the deal remains to be determined.

JPMorgan, RBS Securities and Standard Bank are the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.
