Bank of New York Mellon to redeem $750 million floaters due 2023

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 18 – Bank of New York Mellon Corp. announced a full redemption of all issued and outstanding $750 million floating-rate senior notes due Oct. 30, 2023 (Cusip: 06406FAF0), according to a Tuesday press release.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 30 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The redeemed notes will be canceled and interest will no longer accrue after redemption.
