Bank of New York Mellon to price senior notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., April 17 – Bank of New York Mellon Corp. plans to sell dollar-denominated fixed-rate series J senior medium-term notes at par, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes may be called at par plus interest.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BNY Mellon Capital Markets LLC are the bookrunners.
