New Issue: Bank of China branch issues $300 million of floaters due 2026

Lexington, Ky., Nov. 17 – Bank of China Ltd., acting through its Sydney Branch, issued $300 million of floating-rate notes due Nov. 16, 2026 (A1//A), under its $40 billion medium term note program, according to a pricing supplement.

The notes priced at par and will bear interest at SOFR plus 60 basis points.

Proceeds will be used, directly or indirectly, to finance or refinance sustainability-linked loans as defined in the bank’s sustainability-linked loan funding framework. However, the bank noted that these notes are not sustainability-linked bonds or green bonds.

The bank provides banking services to individuals, enterprises and other clients.
