Moody’s rates Bank of America notes Aa1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Aa1 ratings to the senior unsecured Australian dollar-denominated notes issued by Bank of America, NA Sydney Branch. The outlook is stable.

The rating reflects the Aa1 rating and stable outlook of Bank of America NA, the agency explained.
