Oman’s BankMuscat guides dollar benchmark five-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 260 bps area

Atlanta, April 25 – Oman’s BankMuscat guided a dollar-denominated offering of benchmark-sized notes due in five years (expected ratings: A3/BBB-/BBB+) to a spread in the mid-swaps plus 260 basis points area, a market source said.

Bank ABC, Bank Muscat SAOG, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, MUFG, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Standard Chartered Bank are the joint lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The lender is based in Muscat.
